more universal. Running businesses in different companies have become complicated and as
complexity level increases the entrepreneurs and organizations are discovering the works

striving for excellence (Galsworth, 2005). Based on these statements the organizations are
transforming to Learning Organizations to keep up the sustainability and competitiveness. The
idea of ‘Learning Organization’ is one which has captured imagination of trainers and a whole host
of others. Organizational learning means the process of improving actions through better
knowledge acquisition, clearer understanding, and improved performance. It is a method of
detecting and correcting errors. Therefore, organizational management is formulating strategies to
motivate and improve the learning environment and such processes have been quite effective
because they are inspiring in different organizational levels. A learning organization is not just an
organization which carries out extensive training but rather an organization which facilitates the
learning of all its members and continuously evolves itself. Now the question is how can one learn?
One can learn by solving a problem, introducing and developing a new product and re-engineering
