Wesley Hamilton – Case 2 Gun Control
When it comes to business owners dealing with controversial opinions such as gun
control I feel that it should be led through personal feel. Businesses have the right to serve or sell
to whoever they want or not. Especially something like guns that if not handled correctly can
take a life which could really destroy a business. If they don’t want guns on their premise it does
not violate our right to carry/bear arms because they are private.
Personally, I am a big supporter of the second amendment and the right to bear arms. I
personally own two pistols and a shotgun, with plans to buy more for my collection. Even with
that being said I fully understand if a business doesn’t want me to walk in with a gun whether it
is concealed or not. Having a Concealed Weapons Permit I think is a privileged and I think that
if someone wants to carry the current procedure is good. With having to take a written class,
