Guidelines for Social Return on Investment
There is no current framework for quantifying the value of a company’s social impact. To
find the balance between financial gains and environmental responsibility companies must a
social accounting system is needed. A group of 88 entrepreneurs created Social pro forma
statements to report the company’s social value, and this article analyzes the patterns in those
statements and develops a Standard for Social Return on Investment Analysis (SSROI).
