MARKETING PLAN OF RELIA GROUP OF SHARED SERVICES (RGSS)
I. MANAGEMENT SUMMARY
Japanese business process outsourcing leader Relia, Inc. is pleased to welcome SPi
CRM, the Philippine pioneer in customer relationship management outsourcing to its
growing family. This strategic acquisition broadens the Relia brand portfolio in Southeast
Asia and adds a strong roster of US-based and international clients. In addition to this,
INFOCOM Technology Inc. is also operating under Relia, Inc. which it handles customers
locally. The company offers both inbound and outbound call center business strategy
services to a wide range of clientele keen on outsourcing their call center services. The
company aims to offer clients a one stop, modern and fully equipped call center with the
latest telemarketing technologies to serve both local and international clients. Due to the
hype of competition and globalization, many call centers are now present in the Philippines.
To meet its market obligations, a detailed market analysis would be carried out to help the
business establish itself in the industry and adequately serve the needs of clients especially
during this pandemic and how to adapt to it and continue serving the clients and retain the
business relationship in the next years. The company plans to hire additional service
representatives, and administrative personnel as we begin to get large numbers of contracts.
II. ECONOMIC PROJECTIONS
The COVID-19 pandemic has made it imperative for the company to adapt
strategies that enable continuity, customer stability and revenue growth during an
unpredictable and unprecedented moment in history. COVID-19 has changed the way the
economy will function for the foreseeable future. The market has been greatly affected of
this factor and in fact, many employees are retrenched but still managed to look for an
online or remote jobs and some are already working remotely with their current companies.
However, not all employees are blessed with technologies so some were forced to
discontinue their employment and look for other means of income. This situation resulted
to the lack of employees in the company which leads to more hours of work to those who
are left just to meet the matrix set by the clients. On the other hand, based on Asian
Development Bank economic forecast, inflation is projected at 2.2% in 2021 and 2.7% in
2022. This just means that the budget for marketing will surely be heightened at its most
and would have a great cut over.
III. THE MARKET-QUALITATIVE
Relia, Inc has a wide array of scope. Inspiro Relia aone of its under umbrella, covers
international customers across US. Infocom technologies operating solely for client needs
locally. To keep pace with the ongoing market trend, to make better-informed decisions
and to achieve business excellence, Relia group adapted online platforms. With this,
activities such as meetings and forums are held through online platforms, doing surveys
through email cascade and the like. In social platforms, there is a vast of market/sectors
including but not limited to the corporate organizations such as clients, suppliers, business
partners and other industry stakeholders and young generations which are exposed to the
digital generations which could be social media marketers. Some also adapts this kind to
touch base on the online strategies which are openly created and free of charge so we can
market the brand to more people and prospect clients would be able to see the brand which
could dominate in various platforms and be over the other company brands. We also have
political parties/religious organizations which often conduct campaigns and foster the
fundraising activities.

opportunity for Relia to meet its market objectives. Through this analysis, potential
customers would grow and more clients would be able to close a deal. In the span of 5
years, it is projected we will be able to sustain growth of the business through gaining
