Problem(s):
-Great People Incorporated has limited resources to measure their overall service to their client.
-Lack of reporting methods are challenging to determine their productivity levels and to ensure
that they have accurate information to share with their clients.
Causes (s):
The amount of clients has led to the uncertainty of their overall delivery of service. Are they
monitoring, controlling and communicating e!ectively to their customers? Their lack of
resources is the main cause of their reporting problem. GPI may not have a standardized
reporting system that can capture information needed for their clients to validate invoices and
keep track of subcontractor’s hours. In addition, the information that they collect to measure
their service is not su&cient enough to understand if they have gaps between their client’s
expectation and overall performance. How could they properly assess this if they don’t have
the right tools?
