online corporation. They are also one of the top cited example for a
corporate culture. (Corporate Culture Pros) Google has also been ranked the
Fortune 100’s “Best Companies to Work for”, they have gained this rank four
times. Google is also one of the highest ranked search engines on the web.
They are known as “the world’s most innovative company”.
Google is an organization who works together in order to achieve an
acquired goal. You have to have individual jobs designed to each employee
so they know what their job is to do in the group. Most big organizations like
