Good grocers, Inc. has seen rapid growth and a rise in its profit margins over the recent
past which has seen to the expansion of its local branches from 7 stores to 12 stores. By so doing,
the company has become a household name thus in the spirit of competition, rival companies
may tend to take advantage of any small incident taking place in any of our stores. This they can
do by exaggerating it and exposing it to the public eye through the media with intent of painting
a black picture of Green Grocers. It is as a result of this therefore that not even the slightest
incidences occurring at our stores can go unresolved lest things go out of proportion.
The scenario of a lady customer who claimed to have slid over a banana peel in one of
the stores is thus by no means any small issue to overlook as her male companion who purported
to be his wife claimed that she was a media personality who was influential in blowing up the
