Global Eats is an upscale multicultural restaurant that first opened its doors in 2000. We
specialize in fashionable meals from across the globe. With Starting off in Dallas, Texas now 19 years
later we are located all over the United States becoming ones of the largest fine dining chains. Our
restaurant industry growth rate is at 8.6% towering over all other competing growth rate averaging at
4.12 (Grosul, 2017). And our profit margins are at 8.3% which is higher than the average full service
restaurants which is normally at 6.1%. With all the great success we are deciding to upgrade to a larger
scale and going international for our 20-year anniversary.
We currently have 15-20 employees on staff per restaurant this includes at least 2 hosts, 5
waiters, 3 chefs, 3 chefs hands, 3 bartenders, 3 bus boys, and management. Which is within the normal
amount(Gebhart,1993). We offer a different style here at Global Eats and stray far away from the norm.
