Georgia laws governing the suspension of driving
privileges of individuals under 21 years of age.
There is many ways a citizen that is under the age of 21 may lose their privilege of
holding a valid driver’s license. Unfortunately stand here in front of a judge, because I was
driving over the speed limit. I did wrong and now I am paying for it with community service,
fines and court time. I now know it was childish and irresponsible, I know that I put the lives of
others at risk. I know that it is a serious offence in the state of Georgia, I know there’s laws in
place to prevent speeding. After researching this subject I have come to terms that speed is our
enemy and it needs to stop. We control the car and not the other way around. We have complete
