ASSIGNMENT #3 – WILL FERGUSON
To whom it may concern,
The next twenty years can de&ne our lives depending on what may happen
with the environment, global economy and governmental presence within our
everyday existence. How much control is too much from the government? What if
they have the means to enforce a necessary impact on the environment? What if
the economy collapses and the government’s guidance is all that can direct us back
into the way of life we are accustomed too? I feel that these are all questions we will
be faced with in the very near future. At some point, society and civilization will
outgrow the capacity of the current economical and governmental structures
currently in place. At those points in time, we will either evolve into a higher society
and global harmony, or devolve into humanities darker side.
The economy currently is in constant 5ux due to fossil fuels and technology
trades on the market. Mortgages continue to be bought and sold at the same
alarming rate that led to the crash in previous years. FHA’s a and mortgage rates
are lower and easier to obtain now than ever, all the while our unemployment rate
