Generational differences in the workplace are an everyday occurrence and
have been for a very long time. There are always the new fresh faced generation that
are just entering the workforce, the middle-aged generation that has been in the
workforce for sometime, and the older generation that has been in the workforce the
longest. Each generation has experienced our world evolving in different ways and
they have views and values that reflect those experiences. Each generation is also
given a name that reflects that generations experiences and time era.
Today’s modern workforce is made up of four generations. The four
