General Instruction for the phones operation
Dialing numbers:
To dial out, pick up the handset, press 9 and dial the area code and phone number to call.
To dial another extension: Pick up the handset, dial the extension of the person you wish to talk.
Transfer function:
To transfer a call, press "Transfer" soft button to initiate the transfer process (the call is placed on
hold automatically), dial the extension to transfer to, announce the call, hang up, the transfer
process is complete. If the call is rejected by the person you then press the blinking button to take
you back to that call.
Call Forwarding:
To Forward the calls for your extension to another number (internal or external), press
"CfwdAll" soft button to initiate the Call Forwarding process, dial the number you want to
forward to (remember that if it is an outside number insert “9” in front of it.
Transfer directly to Voice Mail function:
To transfer a call directly into someone’s voice mail, press the “More” button (to see more
options), press "TrnsfV." soft button to initiate the transfer process (the call is placed on hold
automatically), dial the extension to transfer to, press TrfVm,hang up, the call will go directly
