Gender discrimination in career is always a controversial issue in the society, and
there are a significant number of females who have suffered from it in the past
decades. Numerous policies are taken into practice to solve this problem. Thanks to
these policies; as time goes by, gender discrimination in career has been improved in
variety of work.
Regarding support this claim, there this a strong support of this area. As time

in the early 1960s, the airline industry’s rules stipulate that female flight attendants
couldn’t be over the age of 30, married or pregnant. After that, in 1968, National
Organization for Women ruled that sex-segregated violated Title VII (prohibits
employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin),
and those flight attendants should not be subject to marriage and age restrictions
(Thomas, 2016). Four years later, prohibit pregnancy discrimination and sex-
differentiated terms in employer pension plans are added to the Title VII (Thomas
