Furthering my Education
Every now and then when I close my eyes my mind wonders where I am going to
be five years from now. I start thinking of strategies and planning my life months ahead.
From what classes am I going to take the next semester, to where I am going to be
working to support my self through college. Financial stability is key to succeed in
education as well to where I am going to live. So far, I have been able to manage my
finances, time, and work to get through college. However, it is time to set the standard
higher and prepare my self for a four-year university. Time, living quarters, work, tuition
fees, and finances are crucial factors to take into consideration when searching for the
perfect university that fits ones needs. In this paper a comparison of three universities to
help me choose which one is the best fit for me.
The three schools of my preference are Cal State University of San Bernardino
(CSUSB), University of Riverside (UCR), And University of California Los Angeles
(UCLA). All three offer studies abroad. They all offer 100+ programs in 40+ countries
worldwide. They offer financial aid, such as scholarships and loans. They provide
information of programs outside of school that help student finance their abroad studies.
