Mr. Johnson that is a client of ComputerWorld, ask Larry the CRT of the company, to help him regards
a Hard disk’s problem. Larry explained the situation to his client, in the wrong way. In this case, Larry
received the warranty and in addition, he wants to sell the hard disk with all the information. Mr.
Johnson received a new hard disk thanks to the warranty. Steve the new employee of the company, is
complaining about this unethical situation.
