Throughout history, religion and social reforms affected how countries
changed, and how these changes took place. Enlightenment ideals affected the
policies of the French revolution in the ideals on monarch’s effect on the states
religion and differing opinions on separation between church and state.
Enlightenment ideals also affected social aspects in the coming to power of many
different governments and idea of women breaking in to a new age of freedoms
