1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
French Fried Chicken is the idea of fast food in Kala Lampur and this is the second branch of
this fast food after success of the first one. It is a locally owned fast food and will be positioned
as an international outlet through the efforts of the management and by following a creative
approach. It will provide a combination of quality fast food products with a unique and best taste
ever. This idea is answer to the growing demands and trends of the fast food items. In this new
age of competition, it is very hard to make your new brand differentiated from others. The main
priority is to open an outlet in the famous crowded mall to increase the people visits there. So,
we are not going to start a price war rather we are going to offer something better at the same
price to attract customers and build a loyal customer base. This plan is prepared to obtain a
location for initial fast food launch. Our aim is to provide such an environment to the people
along with the quality food at reasonable rates for which friends and family feels comfortable
and likes to come there in hunger. We offer food that meets the quality standards with a
differentiated service to top to the competition. We are offering wide range of foods with a
different taste and have tried to localize our menu in a try to retain customers. The business
needs an investment of $50000 in the start and has positive cash flows from very first year with a
net profit in its first month of operations.

2.0 INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS IDEA
The central idea of the business is to provide quality fast food items at reasonable rates with
highly comfortable and friendly environment to attract the customers in the mall who come for
shopping and outing there. There is already one fast food working in the market but now there is
a franchise opening in the mall for the expansion of the business and increase the brand worth.
The new idea of fast food is more effective in the crowded mall initially as the fast food should
create its strong brand image in the minds of the customers and to create goodwill in the target
market. First opening of the outlet should be fascinating to attract maximum number of people
and create an image in their minds about the good standards and quality fast food items
(Malhotra, 2008). The grand opening of the fast food will be arranged in the mall along with
some attractive arrangements and the visitors are entertained with the complementary products
for the promotion and the kids are attracted to the decorated play area.
