Classical vs Baroque Music
Baroque being the predecessor of Classical music means that both eras have similarities
but, in this essay, we are going to go over the differences between the two musical periods. One
of the big noticeable differences is in the structure of the compositions. Baroque compositions
were denser and more polyphonic in texture, with a lot of simultaneously complex melody lines
being played, while Classical music shifted towards simpler texture, with a preferred emphasis
