Four Functions of Management
The four functions of management are planning, organizing, leading and
controlling. The first step is planning and in this step the manager creates a well
detailed plan to help with some of the organization’s goals. This step is a never ending
process. This is very important because it helps the company reach its goals and
objectives. The next function is organizing, in this step the manager has to determine
how they are to organize their employees to do different task. They need to evaluate the
employees and according to the plan distribute the task according. This step keeps
