Fossil Singapore Pte Ltd is the local office of Fossil Inc., a clothing and accessory
Company established in Texas, United States of America in 1984 by brothers Tom and
Kosta Kartsotis. Fossil Inc. designs and manufactures clothing and accessories, with their
primary focus on watches and jewelry. However Fossil Inc. does produce leather goods
such as wallets, handbags, belts and shoes, and sunglasses. Fossil Inc. currently owns
Fossil, Skagen, Michele Watch, Zodiac Watches, Relic and Abacus.
In 1997, Fossil Inc. was able to secure the license to manufacture and distribute watches
under the Emporio Armani brand name. Since then, Fossil Inc. has signed agreements with
DKNY, Adidas, Armani Exchange, Burberry, Diesel, Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs, just
to name a few.
Fossil Inc. established itself in Singapore in 2000 when it opened its first store in Pacific
Plaza. Since then, they have grown exponentially with 5 more stores sprouting around
Orchard Road and Marina Bay Sands. Fossil Singapore Pte Ltd comes under the
jurisdiction of Fossil Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong, where the distribution centre for
