Formative Assessment 3: Reflection Essay
The theory of Bandura has three main parts in understanding self and it is PBE “Personal,
Behavior and Environment.” I have an experience during my Senior High School that could be
applied in Bandura’s Theory. It was started when I was in grade 11, I was the president of the class
everything is going well, but from the one command I did as a president they criticize me because
of that one command, and it is to give suggestions about the outfit we will going to wear for the
“Buwan ng Wika.” It is the reason why I don’t have any friends back then because of the issue that
my environment was affecting my behavior and as a person as well. First, they team up to put me
down from my position as a president because they think that I didn’t do my role respectfully and
orderly, they said that I just command things that I want in the first place. It represents the
environment that affects the person as well as the behavior of the environment to the individual.
Second, my behavior changed I got lower grades not only in conduct but also in my leadership
grade, and that’s the reason why I minimally communicate with my classmates due to that incident.
