Formal Education of CEOs
A business organization leader needs to have some specific educational qualifications.
This is because they are involved in making very crucial decisions that steers the organization
forward in a business enterprise. As such, educational qualifications are highly considered. The
CEOs of firms for instance are the overall managers of a business firm hence they are
responsible for proper running of the business organization. The formal educations of such
individual are therefore very crucial since if they are incompetent, the firm they lead will
definitely perform poorly in the industry. Business organizations that perform well in the
industry usually have highly qualified CEOs. This means they have adequate formal education
for them to be entrusted with the responsibility of running a business enterprise.
