I will be reviewing an interesting article by Forbes –Customer Loyalty in Today’s Modern Retail
World The article is relevant for our topic of the week – Measuring and Improving Customers’
Satisfaction and Customers’ Loyalty. To begin with I want to briefly discuss the meaning of
customer Loyalty with respect to consumer behavior.
Customer loyalty can be defined as a customer’s fidelity and commitment to a business. The
