As Williams- Sonoma carried their own private label’s product, they have their own
Williams-Sonoma cookware on the brochure. They introduced WS Thermo-Clad
stainless-steel on the brochure. As I have learned from the class that copper and aluminum
are the excellent conductors of heat, they highlighted the ultra-conductive aluminum and
copper cores as the most important features. This cookware has stainless steel pan which is
a good contact surface with food. Also this cookware is called Thermo-Clad since the
copper or aluminum is exposed on the pan. They also featured double-walled insulated lids
that keep food warm and ergonomic handles that can provide a comfortable grip. I attached
the Williams-Sonoma’s brochure.
