Flip Factory Case Study
In my study on Flip Factory, our entrepreneur “Traviss” is hesitant of if it is
time for her to retire and enjoy the benefits of her hard work, or if she should
continue to capitalize on her business since she is an only mother. She now comes to
a roadblock with staffing, location, offerings, financing and leases
From the beginning to present time she’s had dozens of roadblock that she’s
overcome. Business partners leave her and take the best people on her team, she
almost had to fold her business several times from her business expenses
overcoming her business profits, she has had problems with finding a place to keep
an had to keep things in a church, now she has more competition than before and
her employees are having offers shown to them that may be hard for them to pass
up. Knowing that Traviss has been able to overcome dozens of obstacles, her
problem now is coming from the same source that is has from the past, just in a
different form, money. Traviss has not been creative in her ways enough to where
she can increase her revenues to retire or now even run the business steadily. A
main reason is that her main way to attract new business is to rely solely on word-
