The management practices a very important role when it comes to decision making when
it comes to allowing the employees to work together for the common goals and objectives of an
organization. The focus should be to reach the appropriate position with the hopes of receiving
far better growth and progression. Therefore, it is very necessary to perform the business
practices this same manner. Management practices can help employees come together and allow
them to work together. It also allows for the best use of available resources. Management
practices serves as a guide towards the right and proper path of an organization.
The five management functions: planning, leading, organizing, staffing and controlling
are implemented in a workplace to obtain better results. These five management functions can be
