First Homerun
It was a sunny Tuesday on March 7, 2016, I was 18 years old about 5”11 weighing about
190 pounds. The wind was blowing just right on the field of Westminster Christian Academy in
Opelousas. During that day, I couldn’t wait to play this team, the whole day I felt like something
amazing was going to happen. I played left field for the Opelousas Catholic Vikings and I batted
in the leadoff spot, I loved it because it was the first game that my coach put me at the leadoff
