Decisions and Equality
EndeavHER has been around since 1997 and I was surprised at the time I knew
about them because they are an organization that promotes equality but more importantly
empowerment for women in the field of business. It has been one of my beliefs that the
world has been shaped in favor of men. Most opportunities are in favor of them that’s why
it is quite challenging for women to grow and be successful in this field. The talk has
greatly allowed me to have an overview of how these women in this field think of those
situations and how they continue to be successful despite the said issue. Other than that,
they have talked about how funding by the investors and entrepreneurs manage their
finances whether it is for the greater good of the organization or not.
It has made me realize how broad financing could reach whereas looking at the
broader side of the business world was a very critical part especially when you got to
decide for your own company or organization, there are a lot of things you have to
consider before executing the plan. I also much appreciated the effort of women upon
how they can take charge of the said tasks that are only meant for men. People have
grown so much through their experiences and adapt to how the world works right now.
Funding has also been difficult especially for those people who are just starting in
the market or the field because there are a lot of things that they have to learn and adjust
