1. The principal activities of Singapore Airlines Limited (listed on the Singapore
Exchange) consist of passenger and cargo air transportation, engineering services,
training of pilots, air charters and tour wholesaling and related activities. It has evolved
into one of the most respected travel brands around the world. It has one of the world’s
youngest fleet in the air, a network spanning five continents, and the Singapore Girl as its
symbol of quality customer care and service.
