Project Instructions
Important Dates and Times:
• You may form your own group by signing up by Friday, May 22, at 8:00 a.m.
• Your group’s list of proposed firms is due by Friday, May 29, at 8:00 a.m.
• Your group’s valuation workbook is due by Wednesday, June 24 at 8:00 a.m.
• Your group’s write-up is due by Friday, June 26 at 8:00 p.m.
Objectives:
In the successful completion of this project you will
• Apply the valuation techniques presented in class.
• Familiarize yourself with the main data sources used in practice in the valuation of a firm.
• Most importantly, learn about the role of assumptions and judgment in valuation.
Groups:
Groups are to consist of three or four members. If you wish, you may form your own group. Please
email me your group by up by Friday, May 22. If you do not form your own group, I will randomly
