Director

Its about time!
Welcome to our newest member.
Loretta Preston who was a previous director at BSC Charter School has now
been welcomed into the West Union Charter School family. . She is an
admired member of the STS Council board. In addition to her role as a
Council board member she is also an advisor for the Community Leaders of
America.
Having never served before as a Director, she applied for this position with
hopes of being selected. In the past years Loretta has worked closely with the
Activities Director at another location. There he undertook programs such as
the Stanton Mock Trials, and Human Rights Workshops for the community.
While at BSC Charter School he advised community service clubs such as
KEY Club and California Leadership Association.
When the staff was asked how they felt about her being selected as the new
Director they were equally as excited. There was an issue where the school
was in danger of shutting down based off low scores. Loretta came in and
