number to any business that you don’t know or have never heard of. You should only give
out your information if you have initiated the transaction. Many criminals will try to get
your information so that way they can create a demand draft to withdraw the money out of
your account. You should also review your statement each month to make sure all the
purchases were authorized by you. As soon as you see a problem you need to contact your
bank so they can resolve the problem as soon as possible. The bank may require you to
notify them in writing. With all the new technology that is being created it doesn’t take as
long for checks and authorized payments to come out so if you don’t have the money in
your account when you write the check or authorize the payment then don’t make it. When
you write a check and there is no money in your account you could be charged an
overdraft fee or the check could be returned and that only cost you more money. You
should also know your rights under the consumer protection law. You have the right to
contact the EFTA if you have a problem with an electronic debit, electronic fund transfer,
or a check that has been converted. I need to remember to look over my bank statement
every month to make sure that all the purchases are authorized by me in chase someone
