Employee Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Training for Legal Compliance
Good employee training is essential for an organization’s success. The Company is an up
and coming Widget Assembly Plant located
in Wilmington, Delaware. The Company employee
population has grown rapidly in the past 2 years – from 25
employees to nearly 300 employees.
The Company currently has eight Line Managers and approximately 250
Line Staff who work
rotating 24 hour shifts.
The employee sexual harassment and discrimination training is importance at this time
since the company CFO is aware of some complaints about inappropriate comments that have
been made in the break room, although no one has come forward to make an official complaint as
of yet. Because many
of our current Line Managers were promoted from line positions, the
Company is providing this sexual harassment and discrimination training to all Line Managers and
