Final Project: Club IT, Part 3
The Club IT is owned by Ruben Keys and Lida Tijada. The nightclub, Club IT has found
considerable success over the last few months. The customer base created is strong and has
increased over the past months even though the age population is 21 and over due to legal
reasons. The club has become busy each and every night of the week. Food and drinks are
not the only reason people choose to visit Club IT, but the environment is what also draws
them to the club. The owners Ruben and Lisa have chosen a new type of operations for
Club IT. They will incorporate a new information system. Ruben and Lisas intentions are
to increase the profit of the business and raise the overall customer satisfaction of
everyone. Club IT will have interns who will become familiar with the operations of the
nightclub business. Another aspect of the club is to work on the target population.
First, Club IT has to offer the customers a high vigorous environment that provides each
customer with the finest quality of service along with food, drinks, and music. The age
population will be 21 and over for legal reasons. Those who are between the age of 21 and
35 will be at the club more than other age groups. This age group accepts the new age of
technology. To stay ahead of this age group and to maintain the customer loyalty the
owners will need to continue with the modernization that employ all levels of service.
Individuals who are loyal to Club IT will be one of the strongest movements to bring new
customers to the nightclub by word of mouth. Creating a website for the nightclub will
allow users to link information about other services available. The staff for Club IT consist
of cooks, bartenders, wait staff, servers, security, and clerical staff who will all work
together to make every effort to expand on a positive customer experience for everyone.
The owners of Club IT will work to expand the business capacity and improve the
production of the nightclub through the use of the information technology. Practical areas
the owners will work within the information system to link together are finance, human
resources, and supplies. The nightclub has intranet available to those employees who have
authorization. The intranet allows the employees to interact with each other and
