Amazon is an American Ecommerce and Amazon web service company and one of the largest
Internet-based retailer and non-retailer in the world by total sales. Amazon serving the world
from last two decades. The founder of Amazon Jeff Bezos vision was to build an online
shopping Store for book readers. Amazon introduce the world’s first largest virtual bookstore to
the doorstep of the people. Before Amazon every person has spent hour and hours to the desired
book, with Amazon online shopping people just had to search the book and it will deliver to
them with 30 days all over the United states of America. Amazon.com became a 3rd party seller
platform for the individuals and retailer in 2000.Amazon.com provide services to four types of
people consumers, sellers, enterprises and content creators. this paper provides detail report

realize that he need to diversify his online bookstore and he start selling DVD’s, Blu Rays, CD
videos. Later he started online streaming for example MP3 songs, audio books known as
Audioable. Now in 2020 Amazon sell almost everything on Amazon.com by itself or third-party
sellers. Amazon also make hard electronics for consumer Amazon Kindle e-reader, Notably, Fire
tablet, fire TV and world largest cloud service (AWS) In 2015 The first time Amazon beat the
sales of Walmart which is the One of the biggest retailers and competitor off Amazon.
For any company to be succeed is it is very important that they Mission Vision and
Values and Amazon have all these, and they still follow it strongly after two decades. Amazon
mission statement is “Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than
competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term
thinking. Customer reviews, 1-Click shopping, personalized recommendations, Prime,
Fulfillment by Amazon, AWS, Kindle Direct Publishing, Kindle, Fire tablets, Fire TV, Amazon
Echo, and Alexa are some of the products and services pioneered by Amazon.”. Since amazon
established Jeff Bezos has a clear focus mission this is one of the main reasons that company is
able to survive bubble dot-com burst. Now Amazon became one of the biggest retailers in the
United States. Same as mission statement Amazon has create vision statement which is “Our
vision is to be earth’s most customer-centric company; to build a place where people can come to

first in Harris Poll Reputation Quotient Rankings. the way Amazon approach customers is the
main reasons of their success whatever Amazon do they try to make a better customer experience
