Leadership, how would you define it? The dictionary defines leadership as the act of
leading a group of people or an organization. The one thing that a lot of individuals confuse
leadership with is management. This is where identifying the purpose of leadership, what
leaders are supposed to accomplish and engagement of leadership is important. The primary
purpose of leadership is to be able to deliver results by getting others involved, provided
guidance and mentorship in order to create more effective leaders. You always want to be
engaging as a leader, this way you can know what is going on with your employees both
personally, mentally and work related. The biggest reason ethics is important in leadership is
because being an ethical leader means you hold yourself to higher stands and do the right thing
for the right reason, even when no one is watching. By doing this you are setting the example
