Many government offices affect the ownership of real estate. These offices are a part of
the local government and are located in each county of given states. The different offices play
different roles regarding real estate and are important to analyze their impacts on real estate as a
whole. In order to analyze the affects that agencies have on real estate I will be analyzing the Tax
Assessor’s Office, Tax Commissioner’s Office, Clerk of Superior Court’s Office, Office of
Planning and Zoning, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Agriculture Extension Service,
Alabama Forestry Commission.
