Renting an Apartment
Introduction
Finding an apartment to rent at college can be a very exciting time and sounds very easy to do.
You find an apartment you like, sign the lease and pay the rent. But if only it was that easy. Finding an
apartment can be exciting and fun but you have to be careful before signing on that dotted line and
having over your money. In this report I am going to describe a simple way and help you find a suitable
and affordable two bedroom apartment for you to move into this coming spring semester. I will
compare and contrast apartments in different locations, a range of prices, and different apartment styles
and hopefully before you are finished reading this report. You will have an understanding of how to
apartment hunt and an apartment you would want to move into next semester.
Methods
First step in beginning the apartment hunt, is to find out how to go about finding apartments to
rent and there are many ways to do this. One of the most common methods of finding an apartment in
Pullman is using a real estate broker website such as Zillow. Zillow.com is a real estate and home
marketplace dedicated to to helping home buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, etc. to find and share
information regarding apartments, homes and real estate. Zillow is an excellent first choice in finding
an apartment because from the website you can enter Pullman, Washington, select the tab apartments
