Recommendation to the Board on Diversity and Inclusion within Our Company
The purpose of this brief is to explain how different diversity policies and programs can improve
a workplace. Over the years, we have seen how diversity works not only within our company but
other businesses around the world. We want our objective to be creating a new diverse policy
that explains why and how we can introduce this into our cooperation. Businesses that have
brought diversity within their companies have a more solid perspective and grow more
competition within the workplace. We want it to be our goal to give every one of our employee’s
appreciable place to succeed.
An organization’s success and competitiveness depends upon its ability to embrace diversity and
realize the benefits. We want to improvise this principle into our company. It is obvious that
diversity is growing rapidly throughout many large companies. The world’s increasing
globalization requires more interaction among people from diverse backgrounds. We want to
establish diversity within our organization because diversity has potential to bring in greater
work activity and competitive advantages. According to Forbes, workplace diversity training
programs are the best way to ensure all employees understand how they can foster and benefit
