Family Traditions
My family gathers at my home during holidays to enjoy a meal prepared with love. My
grandmother taught me how to organize family favorites like Baked mac n cheese, collard
greens, cornbread, and sweet potato pie. She told me family stories while cooking, and it’s what
her mother did with her. I was always excited to get a lesson because my grandmother was a
