In this process we have to understand the legal rules in labor laws. There are certain legal
aspects that are very important in the process are: common, statutory, business, labor, and
employment law. These regulations and laws compel employers and employees alike to behave
in a manner that is fair and equitable to both parties, and establishes boards charged with
oversight of union and workplace activity. Looking at the Teamster’s organizer this person
wanted to unionize (AWA) (CSR) division for many reasons. This would not be the first time the
Teamster’s tried to unionize them. The first time the Teamsters union began a campaign to
unionize America West Airlines customer service representatives was two years prior to the new
campaign. That attempt to unionize was a failure, so they was unable to expand their union from
