At the beginning of this internship, I wrote down three main aims for me to gain during
the intern, which is :communicate more with co-workers. Be punctual, and learn how to
dress myself. I put down the first one is because I am not an extroverted person, in other
words, I am shy, in some conditions. While, world peaces give out a really family like and
friendly working environment so that I quickly feel involved and soon enjoyed it. I
obtained the skill of feeling extremely confortable of first talking to customers, as well as
the co-workers. Furthermore, I found out that my spoken-English is improving, by
