Every organization in the business world wants an effective Human Resource
department. Businesses need someone who can train, hire, and get the qualified employees to
match the jobs for which they are well suited for. To accomplish this Human Resource
departments oversee employee relations, regulate employee complaints, and implement training
and benefits for the business employees. Supervision and staff support are also a main focus to
make sure task are completed on time and accurately. The departments find ways to maximize
the organizations employees and also ensure that they are used effectively as possible. For
example, they might assess worker productivity to help meet budgetary goals by recommending
changes to the organizations structure. However, many Human Resource departments have been
falling to do so. Training has been put on the back burner while new employees that are hired are
left to fend for themselves. Human Resource departments need to ensure that employees
