In this paper I will address question number 1. Explain the difference between an ethical dilemma
and an ethical lapse.
Every day as we walk through life we are faced with ethical choices. We face ethical dilemmas
when we are in a position that we have to choose between two or more conflicting options that
all appear to be moral, ethical and valid. At times we may have an ethical lapse in our choices or
decisions. Ethical lapse occur when someone makes an unethical or illegal choice. In some cases
an ethical dilemma can actually develop into an ethical lapse.
