Hypothesis– Sleep deprivation causes difficulty in controlling physical abilities
and hinders people’s mental abilities.
Independent variable – Approximately 30 men
Dependent variable About 25% of the men have not been asleep for 24 hours.
During the process the person who is testing this hypothesis does not know which 25% of the
men have not been asleep for 24 hours and without knowing this information he will try to find
out who has been asleep and who has not.
Process We take the 30 men and put them in a gym where they will have to do some curtain
tests, so we check if our hypothesis is right or wrong. The test will be in 3 parts.
First, we’ll check how the lack of sleep has negatively affected the 25% of the men to do some
basic physical exercises. Secondly, we’ll observe if the lack of sleep has affected on their mental
abilities and thirdly, we’ll check if the lack of sleep causes hallucination.
