Thank you very much for investing in our firm. In the fiscal year of 2021, Healthy Living posted excellent
sales and growth in earnings. This outstanding achievement is a result of our dedicated workers, strong
sales team, our versatile products, a firm commitment to social responsibility, and our reputable first-class
customer service. I have attached our Annual Letter to Shareholders to this mailing, which describes our
superb performance in 2021 and our proposed organizational structure to be implemented in 2022. Also
included are the descriptions of our four latest innovative products.
Our 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will convene on October 1, 2021, Thursday, at the Richmond
Science Museum, located at 2500 West Broad Street, in Richmond, VA 23220. Breakfast will be served at
8:00 a.m., and the meeting will commence promptly at 9:00 a.m. If you like to attend the meeting, please
email your RSVP to us no later than September 21.. An admission ticket will be mailed to your home
