The right form of exercise is key to a longer, healthier life, though there are some types of
exercise that may actually be worse for you, than none at all. Studies and anecdotal evidence
have demonstrated that exercise can help one to live a longer happier life. However, the evidence
also indicates that certain forms of exercise may be safer for us than others. Arguably, exercise
and regular physical activity is a major component of good health for people of all ages, though
the dangers associated with some types of physical activity may actually outweigh the benefits.
Not surprisingly, people who do not engage in regular physical activity, are often the first
to relish in reports that suggest that exercise or non-sedentary lifestyles may carry their own
