Commonality between running Learning Organizations and International Projects Options
The common characteristics required leading a learning organization and those required to lead a
complex international project is first of all a need of successful knowledge management baseline
to launch and sustain the growth. Learning organizations are those that continuously transform
with the help of continuous learning. The leading groups like complex international organization
also work in similar fashion. They both need very flexible management style which can come
