By watching the movie, I could take away from it the knowledge that Eva Peron,
nicknamed Evita, was a complex figure in history and was also one of the most inspiring
and strongest women of her time. She was a legendary figure who was seen in the eyes of
many as the most beloved woman for her good work and charities, and a hated woman
because some people believed she was only craving for fame. In addition, the movies
focuses on Evita’s positive accomplishments allowing the viewers to better understand her
passion for the lower class of Argentina. It portrays Evita’s strong determination to
improve the life of the poor and become a leader.
Evita struggled much from poverty when she was young. She was involved with a series of
different men and with jobs from nightclub singer to radio star. However, she rose from the
obscure poverty to the heights of national and even international prestige. Evita was a
motivated woman, and she accomplished such prestige because she had the will and desire
to become the person she conceived herself to be. She did all with a lot of ambition and
determination. She was very active and passionate about helping the poor. She had the
adoration from the poor class for her charity works, but also had the fear from the upper
class due to her political influence over the poor. In a time when almost everything was
quite uncertain, and the higher the risk, the higher the pressure, Evita had to depend on her
