Ethnic Strategies

When we try to configure how to we talk to people we have to consider who they are,
where they come from, how they interpret our language. Let us talk about 5 strategies we can
talk about to effectively talk to someone who is differentiated from us. Someone who comes
from a different part of the world, how do we make them feel more comfortable being in a
different environment.
• We can learn to speak with clear, concise meanings
• We can choose to pick smaller words to help them interpret what we are trying to say
• We can choose to sit down with someone and have them help us understand a way of
communication that they can understand while learning from us at the same time.
• We can learn to use our hands as gestures to important information we trying to get
across.
• We could hire or download an app that teaches us to speak in a language that will help
us understand the communication barrier and to proficiently speak their language.
